Dear Brother Harry and all
Praying Partners,
Thank you for blessing our
hearts through your fervent prayers, encouraging words and faithful
financial support. It's amazing to think how you have been supporting us.We give
God all the glory for your faithfulness and commitment to the Gospel!
Thank you for partnering with us so that others can hear the Good News about
the Prince of Peace and the salvation He offers!
What a blessing it was to have
the Schenimanns ministering alongside us in September. We benefited a lot
through the teachings to Bible Institute students,Pastors, women, and
children.Together we visited various people and projects related to Bread of
Life Baptist ministries. You are a blessing! Our prayer is that may your days together
grow in joy.
Mercy has been discharged from
the hospital but life is not the same. She is dealing with pain. She can't roll
over, sit up or get out of bed without help. She's afraid of cough or laugh
because she feels as if her inside will come out.She can hardly walk. She
doesn't feel that she can stand up straight.Though it is a very difficult for
our family,I brushes off the burdens and pains because of the comfort God
provided.Sometimes things are hard but Heavens Father has given us the tools to
be able to accomplish hard things. In order to Arise and forth,we have to be
prepared to stand always for what is right, and not for what is easy, and that is
usually a hard and lonely thing to do!
On Monday I received a phone
call that part of the house of Pastor Khozani of Makokola Church has falling
down due to strong wind. When I visited the the site one person has already
taken to the hospital. She was bleeding. We thank God that during the incident
there was only her in the house otherwise it could be a different story.Pray
for Pastor Khozani and his family. (note:The pictures are of the house
that was damaged. The collapse of the wall was because the footings were bad. I
don't know if they just repair that end or rebuild the whole house.)
Lord willing,we will have the
graduation sermon on 22 October. We have shown JESUS Film to Nthembanji village
in Dedza, Kaiya village in Ntcheu and Ulongwe in Balaka.More than nine
hundred people indicated a decision to receive Christ as personal Savior. We use
JESUS Film as our primary tool for sharing the gospel because it bypasses two
big hurdles of illiteracy and language. We fully realize that while some may
have viewed the JESUS Film more than once, others still have not had the
opportunity.Therefore the job,however,is not yet done.We can't be
accomplished without God's help.Your prayers are vital. They can and will have
an impact for the God's kingdom.
Always praying for you all,
Joseph Maweta's family.
