The Gift of a Bible

Beloved in Christ Jesus,
It is amazing the impact of  a gift of a Bible.
I have no better words to express how I feel about the precious gift of Bibles we received.
One of the recipients of the new Bible is Henely and his wife. Before they received the new Bible they were walking one and half hours in order to read the Bible. After doing this for many months they decided to relocate. He says,"Throughout my childhood our family regularly attended church.Last year,at the age of 24,I accepted the Lord.I wanted to grow more spiritually and serve the Lord but my main barrier was lack of Bible. I am grateful for my new Bible.
Bibles are great blessing for those who hunger to read the word of God and know Him better. Our people in the church have been with the problem of Bibles because of the current prince to buy from shop.
Once again thank you for the Bibles.

Yours in Christ,
Joseph

Thanksgiving

Dear Fellow Laborers,
Greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.I pray all is well with you and yours in the service of our great God and King.
I want to say "thank you" not only for your willingness to be part of the ministry in Malawi, but also for hearts to serve the Lord and your desire to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Because of your generous gift to Malawian believers we are able to assist over 400 families with the Bibles.Your astounding generosity is appreciated. You have given hope and courage to scores of families who are struggling mightily to have Bibles in their homes.
We have plenty of reasons to be thankful to God.We count it a privilege to be part of God's instrumental in shaping the lives of thousands of our people.God gave me many opportunities to prove God's faithfulness in answering prayers for our needs. With God's provisions through the Carpenters Project and all their praying partners we have a new Church building at Sharp Valley in Ntcheu, Malawi.
Our heartfelt thanks to John Conrad and all the Carpenters Project partners. We are so grateful for your desire to serve in and share with our ministry. I owes you and others like you a tremendous dept of gratitude for your willingness to help us to reach the regions beyond.
Thanks so much to Harry and Marilyn Schenimann ,Chuck and Sheila Miller and John and Darcy  Fullford for your care concern and fatherly love in Christ Jesus.I am eternally grateful for you and to God for making possible for me to connect you.I don't forget to thank Pastors, brothers and sisters of Stoney Mountain and Bible Way Baptist churches for your prayers and support. Thanks again for being helpful."For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which you have showed towards His name in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister (Hebrews 6;10).
Please pray with me that my ministry's commitment will exceed my widest expectations.I want to do all that I can LORD  willing to reach many  Malawians for Christ in our generation, start new churches, training and equipping the saints and caring the orphans and the widows.
Thanks again for your prayers and support .You are my encouragement while I am in harvest field.
                      With deepest thanks

Blessings at Bread of Life

Hello once again
,Psalm 68:19"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.Selah".

Once again these past few months have been filled with plenty of things to do as well as watching God prepare us for the ministry here in Malawi.I am so sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The word that seems to best describe our life and situation is"overwhelming". The task of teaching, funeral and street preaching, passing out tracts, starting new churches, train national pastors, showing Jesus film, encouraging orphans and widows etc. seems so overwhelming. The task ahead of us in the ministry seems equally overwhelming. God has placed a great burden upon me to train my fellow national pastors and I believe that He has been preparing me for a time such as this, but the task is just so large and so complicated. It would be easy to be overcome with the weight and the burden, but I have been reminded recently through my bible study that God too has overwhelming met every need that we have ever had, and although I am weak, He is strong.  Although it is a rain season here in Malawi, 186 new believers had an opportunity to get baptized. 3 churches have been started and we have witnessed more than two thousands people accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. Please pray for the new believers I want to see them grow in their faith and eventually become disciple makers for Christ. Continue to pray for the people of Malawi that God may open all doors and give wisdom to me to go through them according to His will and time.Sad to say;The Muslim have built a decent mosque and are constructing a school block just 200 meters from my house. Every fortnight are giving handout of food stuffs and clothes to people around our area, in order to invite them to join their religion which it leads to two-fold children of the devil. May you please pray for our area. I thank God for the good health of my wife and all the children. We are receiving good rains this year and I hope we will have a good harvest this year. Brother Harry Schenimann from Stoney Mountain Baptist church,NC who has been a great blessing to the ministry in Malawi for many years is coming this coming summer. May you consider coming with him and I promise you that your visit will change your life for the better and your life will not be the same because you"ll witness the first hand for yourselves what our good God is doing through us. If God is directing you to come or help in any way please let us know so that we can give you more information.
Please pray for the following;
1. Chichewa bibles for new believers. They are willing to learn more about God but they are limited they can't afford to buy one because of poverty.
2. The Church building and Bible institute.I thank you all for all you've done to help me and the people of Malawi.
Unfortunately words fail to express my gratitude for you and all you've done.May God greatly bless you. Stay blessed, Joseph Maweta family
